Executive summary....

The GRS software itself has been created by Global Referral System in conjunction with our in-house software development teaminproperty® ; the decision to develop our own software through our unique business model reflected our senior management team’s personal experience after several years working in the cross border property industry.

GRS is, however, more than simply an online service solution. It is also offers sale and marketing consultancy services to real estate agents and developers. Through key teams in creative design and target marketing we deliver a full-service property offering for multi-national campaign planning, management and promotion.

Throughout the development of GRS we have focused heavily on strategies to select and reach development-specific markets. We have recognised that the biggest single threat to the successful sale of new build homes is the perceived and real risks which threaten the buyer of a foreign property. Research indicates that in some markets as many as 60% of potential buyers decide to abandon their property search through the simple fear of being ‘ripped off’. GRS decided to tackle this challenge head-on. We have created an environment which helps ensure that buyers can be confident that any properties that they consider have been through a formal review process – this process also ensures that our affinity partners, ancilliary partners and member agents can be reassured that they are only offering approved new build properties through their own international ‘white-labelled’ websites.
