At GRS we firstly analyse and identify a target market gathering data from industry governing bodies, market research organisations....

Once we understand the target market for a particular property and/or development we then ensue the Real Estate Agent is equipped with the correct sales tools to market the properties and respond to the enquiries efficiently...

When marketing a development and even an individual home GRS understand consumer behaviour in this industry and thus equip all of our member agents with a web portal using state-of-the-art technology, this is the first place the consumer goes to in search of information either before or even after seeing an advertisment.

As well as the start of the art website there are three key considerations for GRS in the initial client liason process for International property: 1./ Gaining Initial Interest 2./ Capturing and maintaining browsing interest 3./ Supplying the correct fulfilment tools to keep the clients interest and fulfil their needs at that time. GRS are able to offer a multitude of services in order to help you market more successfully. Listed below are the additional services we offer including the applicable prices. If you would like more information on any of these services or there is a service that you require but is not listed please do not hesitate to contact us, one of the team will be happy to help.
Services for Multiple Branches

Should an agent own multiple branches and require more than one GRS international platform, additional international websites can be created at an extra cost of €65 / £50 / $100 per calendar month.

Services for Domestic Websites

A domestic website can be created at an additional cost of €1000 / £750 / $1500, to the agent’s specifications. Maintenance and hosting of a domestic website will cost €150 / £120 / $250 per calendar month and will be discounted to €65 / £50 / $100 per calendar month if the agent is participating in GRS International.

Marketing Services

We offer additional marketing services to help you meet the GRS requirements for the various marketing materials we create. For example if you are unable to supply sufficient images for creation of any of the marketing materials we will be happy to assist in finding the relevant imagery for you. Additional services provided are listed below:
· Purchase of Imagery
· Design of logos, creation of a corporate identity
· Redrawing of files – if any files supplied for marketing material need to be redrawn a quote will be supplied for the necessary work.
· Design and marketing supplied by the GRS marketing department – Any work carried out will be charged at £80 per hour or £480 per day.

· Media planning

Cost for these services will be priced upon average timings for these activities unless otherwise stated. Prices quoted are in GBPS and will be invoiced in the currency of the customer at the prevailing exchange rate.
Copywriting Services

If you require copy to be written for any marketing element or would like existing copy edited, we are happy to provide a quote for the necessary work. We are also able to provide a proof reading service ensuring that there are no minor errors. The quote will be provided in GBPS and will be invoiced in the customer’s currency at the prevailing exchange rate.
