The website is available in a multitude of langauges and contains advanced search sepcific features such as Google mapping, refined and advanced search and enquiry shortlisting. The website also contains market commentary information with live feeds from various media organisations around the globe - newspaper groups, meterological centers, FX companies.....
In order to facilitate all member agents customers' needs the GRS platform brings together all property related services in one marketplace - a one stop shop to facilitate the property purchase and ownership process. The websites allow the end consumer to browse these 'ancillary services' and contact the service provider in question for further assitance.

The Cogs and mechanics behind the GRS platform: The extranet or the 'back office system' (BOS) as it is commonly known, combines client relationship management processes with an advanced reporting feature. The BOS functions in various languages to ease useability. Applicant data caputure demographic profiles, confirms phone number validity and also ensures users adhere to data protection regulations. A simple search function facilitates the matching process of applicant to suitable property. The property upload function; again available in various langauages is simple to use with multiple tick boxes to specify property attributes, a minimum resolution of, a number of images must be adhered to in order to ensure constant quality of listings.
